I'm Payton, a portrait photographer of many niches based in NYC. I find that life looks her best in vibrant, authentic, and living colors; my work reflects that belief. Unless we are talking about a B&W moody moment, then the devil is in the details.

Something to expect from me behind the lens is a good yap, words of affirmation, and a whole lot of collaboration. As someone who works primarily with artists, I want to make your visions a reality.

If you're looking to tell your story on the stage, in the street, or the studio. I will always be down to capture you (aesthetically).

 

I am also a queer black woman who is a safe space for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, plus-sized, and disabled humans. Everyone deserves to feel appreciated, validated, and respected, especially when getting their picture taken.
